Chikin Drip, LLC wants everyone to be able to browse our menu, find a location and reach our team, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech input or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab). These guidelines are the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review chikindrip.com against these guidelines and fix the issues we find. Recent work includes text and interface color contrast, keyboard focus visibility, form labelling and error messaging, page structure and landmarks, and a skip-to-content link.

Known limitations

Some parts of the ordering experience are hosted by third parties and are outside our direct control:

  • Online ordering, delivery and payment pages operated by our ordering and delivery partners.
  • Content embedded from social media platforms and mapping services.

We choose partners with accessibility in mind and will raise reported problems with them. If a third-party page prevents you from placing an order, contact us and we will take your order directly by phone.

If you encounter a barrier on this website, or need information in a different format, please contact us. Tell us the page address and what happened, and include the browser and assistive technology you were using if you can — it helps us reproduce the problem.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and will tell you how and when we expect to address the issue. There is no cost to you for requesting an accommodation, and we will provide the information or complete the transaction by phone, email or in person while a fix is in progress.
