ChikinDrip, LLC (“Chikin Drip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit chikindrip.com, contact us, place an order, use a Chikin Drip account, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
Information we collect
Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:
- Contact and account information: your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and information you provide when you contact us or submit a catering inquiry.
- Order and transaction information: items ordered, location, order history, delivery or pickup details, special requests, and transaction details. Payment-card information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored by this website.
- Verification information: the phone number used to send a one-time sign-in or account-verification code, delivery status, and related security and fraud-prevention information.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, pages or features used, approximate location derived from IP address, and performance information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
- Communications: the content of messages, feedback, and other information you send to us.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, process, and support orders, accounts, and catering requests;
- verify account access and protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- communicate with you about your request, order, account, or service;
- operate, troubleshoot, improve, and measure our Services;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- protect the rights, property, and safety of Chikin Drip, our guests, and others.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information to service providers that help us operate our Services, only as needed for the purposes described above. These include:
- Square: our payment and ordering provider. Square may process payment, order, device, and transaction information under its own privacy practices. See the Square Privacy Notice.
- Twilio: our SMS verification provider. Twilio processes the phone number and messages needed to send one-time security codes. See the Twilio Privacy Notice.
- Vercel: our website hosting, analytics, and performance measurement provider.
- Email providers: providers that deliver and maintain our business email and contact-form communications.
We may also disclose information in connection with a business transaction, to comply with law or a lawful request, or to protect people and our Services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand aggregate site use, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you disable them.
SMS verification
If you provide a phone number to create or sign in to an account, you agree that we may send a one-time transactional security code to that number to verify access. These messages are not marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. For questions or issues, contact us at info@chikindrip.com. To stop future messages, reply STOP; doing so may prevent you from using SMS verification until you use another available verification method. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. California residents may also have rights to know about personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to correct or delete it; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising their rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer a separate opt-out link for those activities.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
