SMS verification and consent

This page documents the exact mobile-app flow customers use to request a one-time SMS passcode from ChikinDrip, LLC.

How customers request a code

Chikin Drip does not send marketing or promotional content through this SMS program. A message is sent only when a customer asks to create an account, sign in, or verify their phone number in the Chikin Drip mobile app.

    Enter a mobile number

    The customer opens the Chikin Drip mobile app and enters the mobile number they want to verify.

    Choose whether to receive an SMS

    The customer reviews the authentication-only disclosure and actively selects an unchecked SMS consent box. Privacy and Terms links appear beside the consent control.

  3. 3

    Request a code or continue as a guest

    The customer taps Send Code to initiate one passcode message. Customers who decline SMS can continue without an account and order as a guest.

Support and opt-out

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out may prevent SMS sign-in until another verification method is available. For assistance, email info@chikindrip.com or call (669) 900-3829.
